You’d have to know that anything with “spotty” and “Fossil” in the same sentence would be a winner in my eyes! Yep, I’m in love with this bag.
Isn’t she lovely? AND it even comes in a pale blue and red combination too.. be still my heart.
SO, let’s put it together with an outfit, shall we? I chose to go with a fairly neutral scheme.. I already own a pair of pants in this colour (and adore them) so thought it’d be a good place to start :)
What do you think? What would you wear it with?

Can you believe we’ll be seeing in a new year in just a few days? It’s time to get your party shoes on and let a little glitter into your life! I say that and then will probably be in bed by 10 that night haha. I’m big into Christmas, not so much into New Year.. so, let’s remedy that shall we?
How about some bright, warm colours, hints of gold, and some glitter.. oh, and confetti of course! I even added a gorgeous plum jacket for those of you celebrating in the northern hemisphere ;)

Yes, pom poms. They go in and out of the spotlight from time to time, but right now they seem to be firmly in it. I’ve been noticing lots of pom poms showing up in my Pinterest and Reader feeds lately.. so thought I’d do a bit of a compilation.
I haven’t confined myself to one specific type of pom pom (no pomscrimination here), so I’ve included woolen ones, fabric ones, felt ones, and paper ones.
And if you’d like to know how to make yourself a woolen pom pom, I did a tutorial aaaages ago here.
I hope you all have a lovely, sunny, happy weekend! Meet you back here Monday :)

Hi all! Happy Monday! I’ve had a bit of a crappy start to the day, so I wanted to put together something bright and cheerful to make the day better :)
Along with spots and stripes, florals are at the top of my love list. But I’m picky.. it has to be just the right kind of floral. I can’t even put my finger on what attracts me to a certain pattern, but I’ll either love it or hate it.
These ones I’ve put together though – I love.. especially that sheet set!! Such a pity the Husband dosen’t really share the same love of floral that I do. I guess they’re a bit too conspicuous to just make the bed with them and hope he doesn’t notice, right? Hehe ;)
What about you? Do you do floral?

It’s no secret.. I’m sure I’ve mentioned my love for spots and dots on this blog more times than I can count, and no doubt this will not be the end of it! But just look at these beautiful products.. aahh.
