I’m not sure why, but I always find myself attracted to facited homewares.. looking around me though, I don’t think I own anything that’s facited. Hmph. Maybe it’s time to change that! Check out all these colourful pieces I found! Love it :)
I hope you’ve all got bright, fun weekends ahead.. see you Monday :)
Clockwise from top: ICO-Basket in Yellow and Turquoise from Vitrine (Unfortunately out of stock! Someone please bring them back in!*), Pixie Faceted Ring Boxes by Oh Dier Living, Diamond Hooks by Ferm Living, Faceted Magnets by Pigeon Toe Ceramics.
*I did find some available here, but am unsure of where they ship to.
I was hanging out on Pinterest the other day (as you do) and came across this party thrown by TheHennCoop for her daughter’s 1st birthday party. I was completely taken with the sweet and simple decorating style, which seems refreshing after seeing so many over the top kids parties on Pinterest lately!
So I thought it might be fun to put together a few finds inspired by the photo..

Isn’t this just the sweetest little desk setup? I’m completely and utterly in love with that lamp and all it’s pale blue-ness, especially sitting on such a pretty desk with turned legs.

Hi all, happy Monday!
Because it’s Monday and by definition Monday’s are the worst day of the week, I thought I’d share something to hopefully put a smile on your face :)
Kate over on Minieco found this incredibly cute idea here and had to give it a go herself. I’d say the result is almost too cute to eat!… almost.
Did you all just lean in really close to your screen and say ‘awwww!’?? I did. Now I’m hungry for banana toast!

It’s Aude from heodeza again, for my last guest post of this series. I’ve had a really wonderful time over the past few weeks, and I hope you have too. :-)
I thought I’d leave you with some beautifully colourful triangles; don’t they make you all happy on the inside? They definitely do the trick for me.

And for some extra happiness, make sure to watch the first video on this page (what’s better than happy colourful triangles you ask? Well, happy colourful triangles in motion!). The making of (two videos down) is pretty impressive too.
