I remember making pom poms when I was a kid with two round pieces of cardboard, and had forgotten how easy it was! I actually found this plastic pom pom maker at my local craft store for a couple of dollars, and it seemed to work pretty well – although I think I should have done a few more rounds with the wool to get a fuller looking pom pom… mine all look a bit straggly!
The idea will be to string them onto a long piece of wool and hang them in my new office!
Will keep you posted.

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend!
I know I’m meant to be looking at inspiration for my office – and I am – but I couldn’t help but be enamored with the rest of this beautiful home too! It belongs to Katrin, who lives in Berlin. Stripes, super bright accents of colour.. uh I’m in love. Unfortunately I can’t paint the walls in this apartment so I’ll definitely be saving my stripes until we own a house. Once that happens, it’ll be an all out Stripe Fest, let me tell you! I did think I could tackle one part of this sweet office though, and that’s the pom pom garland. I’ll have that little DIY up tomorrow for you :)
Because we’re now living in a climate that’s warm all year round, I’m going to have to start embracing sandals and getting used to taking care of my feet! I’ve never been so conscious of how unkept they are, and how naked they seem without polish now! So every couple of weeks I’ll post my newest nail shade, from my point of view, somewhere around Singapore. Today we’re on the MRT sporting a happy shade of pink :)
I’m really loving Gotye’s new album. I’ve been playing this song over and over for hours – I can’t get enough!
My new screen, and the print it produces! I’ve been busy creating things with these new papers and making a big mess while I’m at it :)
So loving fluro pinks and oranges right now!
