Hello dearest friends! Remember me? ;)
Oh my it’s been a little quiet around here lately.. I’m so sorry! The new year has started wonderfully, and if I’m honest – a little chaotically, and I haven’t had much of a chance to even look at this little blog in a while. But I’m hoping to change that starting now :) More posts stat!
So as the first official post of 2014, I thought it might be fun to take a quick look back at what you guys liked the most in 2013. I enjoyed doing all these posts, so it was really interesting for me to see what you all responded to! SO here we go, the Top 10 most popular posts from last year…
1. DIY Stamp Village 2. DIY Washi Tape Stool 3. DIY Spotty Jars and Jewellery Dishes 4. DIY Berry Boxes 5. DIY Fine Line Drawing 6. DIY Faux Leather Pouches 7. DIY Cement Ornaments 8. DIY Geometric Stamp Town 9. Freebie Christmas Gift Tags 10. Freebie Printable Blog Planner.
No surprises that it was the DIYs and Freebies that had your hearts last year! ;)
And just for fun, there’s one post that continuously kicks all the other post’s butts… it’s the most viewed of all time (and not surprisingly one of the earliest DIYs I ever posted)…
Isn’t that cool?!
Thank you so much for all your support through 2013, it was a phenomenal year and I couldn’t have done it without you :) Here’s to loads more greatness in 2014!! xo
Oh thank goodness it’s Friday! What a week, phew. Before I sign off for the weekend, I’ve got one last Christmassy thing to share with you… Might as well see in the weekend on a pretty note, right?
I had such a lovely response from the Christmas Wreath I did last year, so I just wanted to show you this year’s version. You’ll probably recognise some of the same foliage from yesterday’s Advent Stand DIY :)
Sometimes I think I’d like to be a florist :)
Happy weekend! x
Hi guys! How was your weekend?
We were lucky enough to have had a 4 day weekend, how great is that?! Honestly, all weekends should be 4 days long. We had Thursday off for Hari Raya, and Friday was Singapore’s 48th Birthday (National Day). Singapore marks it’s birthday every year with a huge parade around Marina Bay, but seeing as we didn’t have tickets we took a walk up to Henderson Waves Bridge to watch the jets and helicopters flying around instead. It was a beautiful afternoon, and we were even lucky enough to have the helicopters carrying giant Singaporean flags fly directly over us. Awesome!
Happy Birthday Singapore! Thanks for making us so welcome over the past couple of years.. we love it here! :)
Just a few photos we took while we were up on the bridge (see the bridge in the last photo). Such a great view!
Here we go, 2013!! I hope you saw in the new year in style… unlike me asleep in bed haha! :)
Here’s to an amazing year! What are your plans?
PS. Sorry I missed a post yesterday! Our flight was delayed and I didn’t get time to put it up. I’ll put it up later today instead :)
