Have you ever done a detox before? I haven’t, but I’ve been thinking about it for quite a while, just to kind of “reset” my body. So when I was at the airport last week and came across this book by Saimaa Miller, I thought I’d give it a go.
I’m only a couple of days in, but the recipes so far have been tasty and I’m feeling good – although I’d kill for some chocolate or cake. It’s particularly hard at dinner time when I have soup broth while the husband has a really nice looking steak. Waaaah. Don’t get me wrong, the soup tastes nice enough, but the steak would really hit the spot. I just have to keep telling myself it’s good for me! And it’s only for a little while ;)
