I had a sudden urge to learn how to pipe icing..
It was fun! I did find it a bit tricky to keep the icing from melting in the Singaporean heat though.. even with the air conditioner blasting they were a little bit oozy.

Maryline, I made a cake and some cupcakes! Everything tastes yummier when it’s covered in pretty frosting :)
Belle – Haha, yes plenty!! This frosting was a bit of a fluke.. it was a happy surprise when it actually worked out! Still need a lot more practice though :)
